Poconos Family Reunion Rentals by the Lake

The Modern Lakefront Retreat is the larger option, accommodating up to 12 guests and up to 7 vehicles. The Lake House accommodates up to 10 guests and up to 5 vehicles. Those limits matter when multiple households are arriving separately.

Lake access, kayaks, hot tubs, game rooms, kitchens, decks, and fire-pit time give families multiple ways to spend time together without forcing everyone into one activity. The Modern House also adds a sauna.

Before booking, confirm the final guest list, vehicle count, pet plans, accessibility needs, and sleeping arrangement. Standard check-in begins at 5:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM, so plan arrival and departure accordingly.

Stagger check-ins after 5:00 PM, get everyone settled, and keep the evening simple: a group dinner at the house and early lake or hot-tub time.

Let smaller groups choose their own pace — kayaking and fishing for some, a nearby attraction for others — then regroup for dinner and game-room time.

Reserve the morning for a slower pace before the 10:00 AM check-out: a final lake walk, group photo, and pack-up.
